Who we are

An Oxford Remodeling Company That Keeps the Whole Job

We take on the entire remodel rather than one slice of it: the scope, the trades, the order they work in, the protection of your house and the paperwork behind it.

Why We Keep Every Piece of the Job

Plenty of remodels go sideways for reasons that have nothing to do with skill. The tile setter shows up before the shower is waterproofed. The countertop shop blames the cabinet installer for a gap. The homeowner ends up as the go-between, fielding calls from work.

We set up the company so that never lands on you. You sign one agreement with us, and everything in it is ours to organize: who works when, what gets protected, what gets cleaned up and how each trade's work meets the next.

That also means one company to come back to. Our finished work carries a 1-year warranty, and the company that built it is the one you call.

What You Can Hold Us To

  • One name on the contract

Every trade on your job works under our agreement. If two pieces of work don't meet the way they should, there is no debate over whose fault it is; it's ours to sort out.

  • Prices written before work

Every task and material on the estimate has its own price, so you know what each part of the job costs and can cut or swap items before committing.

  • Changes you approve

Whether you ask for something extra or the crew uncovers a hidden problem, it gets priced on a written change order, and that work waits until you've read and signed it.

  • A house still livable

Floor protection, dust barriers and a daily cleanup keep the work inside the work area, so the rest of your home stays usable while the job runs.

Want the Details Before You Decide?

Ask us anything about how a job runs here: who is on site and when, what happens if a wall hides a problem, how often you'll get an update. Better to know before anything is signed.
